Fragmented workflows
Photo selection, client communication and business operations spread across different apps, spreadsheets and messaging tools, with no single place to see where a project actually stands.
An all-in-one platform for photo selection, digital albums, event delivery and studio management.
A Heavens Web Solutions product.

DigitalHugs is a product we built and maintain at Heavens Web Solutions, for photography studios. It brings photo selection, digital albums, event delivery and the day-to-day business side of running a studio into one place, from the moment a shoot is booked to the moment a client downloads their gallery.
Most studios end up running these on separate tools — a booking spreadsheet here, a gallery link there, a separate thread for staff and quotations. Every handoff between tools adds friction to a business that runs on getting photos delivered fast.
Photo selection, client communication and business operations spread across different apps, spreadsheets and messaging tools, with no single place to see where a project actually stands.
Finding a specific photo inside an event with a few thousand images usually means scrolling. It's slow for the studio and slower for the guest waiting on the other end.
Leads, quotations, staff, crew and project work are often tracked separately from the creative work, so studio owners end up switching tools just to see the full picture.
A connected workflow for running the photography business, organising event photos and delivering personalised galleries — instead of switching between separate tools for each part of the job.
Leads, quotations, projects, staff and crew are managed from one platform, so the business side of a shoot doesn't live in a separate spreadsheet.
Photographs, selections, albums and galleries follow a structured workflow, so a shoot with thousands of images stays organised instead of turning into a folder full of loose files.
AI-powered face recognition helps attendees find themselves inside a large event gallery, instead of scrolling through photos that aren't theirs.
Digital galleries go out through QR codes and links, so sharing photos with clients and guests doesn't depend on manual file transfers.
Leads, quotations, projects, staff and crew all live alongside the creative work, so running the business side of the studio does not mean stepping outside the platform.

A scan or a link is enough to reach a gallery — no app or account required.

Track enquiries and send quotations without leaving the platform.
Assign staff and crew to shoots and keep everyone's schedule visible.
Create and send digital invitations for the events a studio is shooting.
